Description: I started work on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 at the beginning of the development cycle after wrapping up work on the Variety Map Pack for CoD4. Similar to CoD4, MW2 currently holds a 93% review average on gamerankings.com and 94% on metacritic.com, and remains to be one of the most popular multiplayer games on the market.

Because I departed Infinity Ward in early 2009 to move back to Texas, only the most complete of the 4 MP maps that I had created made it to the shipping version. Wasteland is a complete re-imagining of the classic Call of Duty 1 map, Brecourt. I've always been fond of post-apocalyptic themes in games and decided that a ruined Pripyat / Chernobyl setting would be a perfect modern theme for this WW2-era Western European environment.
